What we collect

Your email (for sign-in), the photos you upload and the images generated from them, your prompts, credit balance, and purchase records (handled by Stripe — we never see card numbers).

How photos are processed

Uploaded photos are sent to our AI provider (fal.ai) solely to produce your requested edit. We do not use your photos to train models, build facial-recognition databases, or create biometric templates. Generated images are stored so you can revisit and share them; share pages are private until you publish them.

Retention and deletion

You can delete individual generations or your whole account at any time; deletion removes your photos and generated images from our systems within 30 days. Email support@yourdomain.com for deletion requests.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: Supabase (database and auth), fal.ai (image generation), Stripe (payments), and our hosting provider. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (EU/UK GDPR, Canada PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25, Brazil LGPD, various US state laws), you may have rights to access, correct, export, and delete your data. Contact support@yourdomain.com to exercise them.
