Privacy Policy

What we collect

The photos you upload and the images or videos generated from them; your prompts and preset choices; your credit balance and purchase records (payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers); and, if you create an account, your email address. You can start creating without an account, in which case we hold no email until you choose to sign up or pay.

We also collect basic usage and device data (pages viewed, actions taken, approximate location derived from your IP address, and standard log data). Approximate location is used to show prices in your local currency; usage data is used to understand and improve the product.

How photos are processed

Uploaded photos are sent to our AI provider (fal.ai) solely to produce your requested edit. We do not use your photos to train models, build facial-recognition databases, or create biometric templates. Generated results are stored so you can revisit and share them; share pages are private until you publish them.

Retention and deletion

If you upload a photo but never complete a result, it is automatically deleted from our systems within a few days. You can delete individual generations or your whole account at any time; deletion removes your photos and generated results within 30 days. Email hello@pranqo.com for deletion requests.

Who we share data with

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), fal.ai (AI image and video generation), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (media storage and delivery), Resend (transactional and product emails), PostHog (product analytics), and Vercel (application hosting). We do not sell personal information or share it with advertisers.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (EU/UK GDPR, Canada PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25, Brazil LGPD, various US state laws), you may have rights to access, correct, export, and delete your data. Contact hello@pranqo.com to exercise them.
