Terms of Service

1. The service

Pranqo lets you create AI-edited images and videos from photos you upload, for entertainment. All outputs are AI-generated. Creating a result uses credits, which you obtain through a subscription or a one-time purchase. The service is operated by Pranqo.

2. Billing, renewals & cancellation

Subscriptions (weekly, monthly, or annual) are billed in advance through Stripe and automatically renew at the same price and interval until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the paid period. One-time purchases are charged once and do not renew.

Subscription credits refresh each cycle and do not carry over — unused subscription credits are cleared when the subscription ends. Credits from one-time purchases (packs, add-ons, and order bumps) do not expire.

3. Refunds & money-back guarantee

We offer a voluntary 7-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription charge: email us within 7 days of that charge and we will refund it in full. Credits already spent on generations are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law. Abuse of the guarantee (for example, repeatedly subscribing, consuming credits, and refunding) may be refused.

This guarantee is in addition to — and never replaces — your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal; by purchasing you request immediate supply of digital content, and you acknowledge that the withdrawal right for delivered digital content ends once a generation is supplied, without affecting the right for the unused remainder of a service. If you are a consumer in Brazil, you have a 7-day right of regret under Article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code (CDC). Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable consumer right in your country.

4. Acceptable use

You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live. You may only upload photos you have the right to use, and you confirm that any identifiable person in them would be comfortable with a lighthearted edit. You must not use Pranqo to: create sexual or explicit content; depict minors; create or alter identification documents, official records, tickets, or evidence; harass, defame, defraud, blackmail, or deceive anyone in a way that causes harm; misrepresent AI-generated images as authentic in news, legal, financial, insurance, or romantic-deception contexts; or violate any law. We may block prompts, remove content, and suspend accounts that break these rules, without refund.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to photos you upload and images you create. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to operate the service. Public share pages are opt-in; you can unpublish them at any time.

6. AI disclosure

Generated images and videos are synthetic. Some jurisdictions (including the EU) require you to disclose that content is AI-generated when sharing it; complying with those rules when you share is your responsibility.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is.” AI output quality varies and may be inaccurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
